We're Hiring for Worship Director

Worship Director
Job Application

Lighthouse Church is seeking a Full-Time Worship Director to guide our church in Christ-centered, congregational worship. This role is central to our mission of making and maturing disciples of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18–20).

The Worship Director will shepherd and develop our worship and tech ministry teams, planning weekly gatherings that are Biblically faithful, musically accessible, and focused on glorifying God rather than performance. We are looking for someone with a deep love for the local church, a passion for worship ministry, and a creative spirit that is both innovative and theologically grounded.
